PAINTING NATURE AND HERITAGE

For this exhibition, Annette Cunnac presents oil paintings on canvas mainly on the heritage of Rabastens, the banks of the Tarn and the surrounding countryside, some of which were made exclusively for the exhibition. Also exhibited are landscapes treated in pastel on plein air in direct contact with nature. “painting nature and heritage throughout the seasons and capturing its soul”.

“This work is the fruit of my research to restore light through colors and strong contrasts on the heritage of Rabastens and the surrounding countryside with its gentle undulations. The church of Saint-Pierre des Blancs is a beautiful setting to share moments of emotion and strong feelings. The soul of the landscape will find its resonance there”.

Also exhibited are some travel scenes, Ethiopia, pilgrims and priests inside the churches, Cambodia with the temples of Ankor Vat, imbued with serenity and spirituality.
